Responsibilities:

Manage product releases life cycle.
·
Collaborate with matrix teams to plan/track and execute agile
activities (sprint, release, PI planning)
·
Track all customer implementations to understand customer
commitments made to on-going product releases
·
Identify & track any external dependencies and help
remove blockers proactively
·
Develop and manage release plans representing all activities
required for the release success
·
Understand project/program escalations paths and proactively
& effectively log/track/communicate issues
·
Report status of product both from product development
perspective as well as customer implementations perspective
·
Setting and running effective recurring status meetings with
product & project managers
·
Build relationships at leadership working levels across
Product, Development, QA and IT teams to influence positive outcomes in
resolving bottlenecks / constraints
·
Takes initiative to collaborate & proactively help
resolve issues and comes up with action plans
Qualifications:
·
5 year experience as a
program/project manager in a software technology-oriented company
·
Experience
in playing the Scrum Master role and agile project implementations
·
B.Sc in Computer Science\ Software practical engineer
·
Demonstrated
ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
·
Solution-oriented
·
Independent worker
·
Manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking), and
deliver on-time
·
Demonstrated
ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
·
Proven track record of driving high-impact projects that
