looking for energized, passionate, creative, and whip-smart Chief-of-Staff to
help us drive amazing results
Role Definition and Goals
-Executive in the company’s Management/Leadership team reporting
to the GM
-Strategic role working closely with the site management and
product management to drive result
-Communicating and implementing a company's strategy internally
and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors
understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's
overall goals
-On-going SWOT
-Special Program (e.g. Holidays)
-Annual Planning (Budget, Goals/KPIs, Allocations)
-Companywide optimizations (Process, Alignment, Communication
etc.)
-Monitoring Annual Strategic Goals (Revenue, Engagement,
Retention, Profile)
-Reporting/Executive Dashboards
-Board Presentations
-(optional) Leading a vertical scrum team (product, engineering
etc.) to drive one of the company strategic goals (e.g. Revenue, Retention
etc.)
Ideal Skills and Experience
-At least 4 years’ as a program and/or project manager
-Experience in managing (either directly or indirectly) product,
R&D, project/program managers
-Profound knowledge and understanding of American corporate
culture.
-Fluent English
-Experience in commerce, mobile commerce, social commerce
domains is a clear advantage
-Proven experience in managing customer expectations in a
resource-constraint environment.
-Experience managing Full Life Cycle Solution Delivery projects
in short sale cycles environments.
-Strong technical background with experience in Technology
Product Management / Account Management, Customer Support or Operations.
