Oversee
all aspects of a complex, large scale program
-Be part of the LBP management team
-Ultimate responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, executing, monitoring, and controlling areas of the program, including technical aspects, schedule, customers, staffing and financial cost management
-Build, lead and direct the program team to meet and exceed program plans, in terms of budget, delivery time, quality and customer satisfaction
-Have a clear understanding of the program’s business aspects and scope
-Manage and negotiate the local partners’ contracts and the scope of work
-Work closely with the RBU Presale, Management and Operations to promote the program/account and to support the presale and service activities
-Responsibility for the program PDD deliveries
-Act as PDD guide for prioritization between the program and other projects

Requirements:
-Bachelor's
degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-At least 7 years of experience working on projects/programs, serving as the program or line manager of medium to large complex program(s)
-Proven experience in managing complex multi-disciplinary programs
-Proven ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with customer/sponsor stakeholders
-Strong combination of business, technical and people skills
-Strong capabilities in customer management, process management and crisis management
-Team player, ability to build motivation in people from various disciplines: SI, PDD, RBU, Operations
-Strong technical background
-Excellent English
-At least 7 years of experience working on projects/programs, serving as the program or line manager of medium to large complex program(s)
