-Deliver
detailed product requirements based on customers’ needs and market
understanding
-Develop
in-depth understanding of the product and its underlying technology
-Work
closely with R&D, translating market needs to product requirements
-Be an
expert with respect to the competition (including Competitive analysis)
-Act as a
leader within the company
-Develop
sales tools
-Brief and
train the sales force
-Develop
the core positioning and messaging for the product together with the Marketing
Department.
-Run beta
and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Requirements:
-At least
five years of experience as a Product Manager
-Deep
technical background and superb customer facing skills
-Demonstrated
success defining and launching excellent products
-Hands on
Product Management Experience with desktop applications
-written
and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
-Excellent
teamwork skills
-Proven
ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
-Bachelor's
degree, preferably in an Engineering field
